02Strong opinion
A firmly held view that someone expresses with confidence and conviction.
She has a strong opinion about how the team should be managed. A: Does he ever just go along with things? B: Never. He always has a strong opinion about everything.
03Deeply concerned
Very worried or troubled about something, often something serious.
The board is deeply concerned about the drop in sales this quarter. A: How are her parents taking the news? B: They're deeply concerned. They've been calling her every day.
04Sharp contrast
A very clear and noticeable difference between two things.
The mood in the office today was a sharp contrast to how things felt last week. A: Did the second half of the film feel different to you? B: Completely. It was a sharp contrast — much darker and more serious.
