Literal versus Figurative Speech.

It's a figure of speech


In the following pairs of sentences, one is a literal sentence
and the other is a figurative sentence (sometimes called a "figure of speech")

Choose the correct sentence style to indicate what type of sentence they are.
1 : I'm feeling on top of the world after acing the exam.

2 : In the garden, I observed a colorful butterfly fluttering around.

2 : He's a snake in the grass, I wouldn’t trust him.
