Level Assessment, part 3

Your instructor will ask you to read aloud one or both of the following paragraphs.

Last weekend, my family and I went to the park for a picnic. The weather was sunny and warm, perfect for outdoor activities. We brought a large blanket and delicious sandwiches, fruits, and snacks. While my parents set up the picnic area, my sister and I played on the swings and slides. Later, we all sat together, enjoying our meal and chatting happily. It was a lovely day filled with laughter, good food, and quality time spent with loved ones.

Last summer, my friends and I decided to go on a hiking trip in the mountains. We packed our backpacks with water, snacks, and extra clothes, and set off early in the morning. The trail was challenging, with steep inclines and rocky paths, but the breathtaking views made it all worthwhile. We stopped for a break at a scenic spot, enjoying the refreshing breeze and taking pictures. After a few hours, we reached the summit and celebrated our achievement. It was an unforgettable adventure that brought us closer together and left us with memories to cherish.
