You may use this for any type of activity where you need students to click on items--use your imagination.

The selected, level, and percentage may not be important for you. In that case, uncheck "show: selected, level, percentage" at the bottom.

The percentage will reflect the percent of selected items.

The levels are based on 20 percentage increments from 1 to 5.

I initially used this as an assessment tool to rank my students level of vocabulary proficiency
based on the number of words they recognized from a leveled list I created.

Each new list is appended to the end of existing lists.
After  Make Select List  , scroll down if you want to see it.
