From Blond to Bald

  1. Mary Koffman is an intelligent and highly-educated woman who works for the city prosecutor's office.
  2. However, because she is a natural blonde, Mary often felt that her colleagues didn't take her seriously.
  3. So Mary decided to change her hair color to brunette.
  4. She made an appointment at the hair salon.
  5. The hair-stylist applied the coloring solution to Mary's hair and let it set.
  6. The stylist needed to rinse out the solution, but suddenly, she had no water.
  7. The water company had turned off her water for lack of payment.
  8. The stylist told Mary to rush home and rinse out her hair.
  9. Unfortunately, the solution had sat too long and Mary's hair fell out.
  10. Mary and the stylist sued the water company because of an accounting error.
  11. In the meantime, Mary had to wear a wig while waiting for her hair to grow back.
