Beauty and the Beast

  1. A mean and selfish prince was cursed by a witch and turned into a beast.
  2. When a man stopped to pick a rose from the beast's garden, the beast captured him.
  3. He told the old man he would release him if he would send back one of his daughters.
  4. His daughter, Beauty, volunteered to return to the beast's mansion.
  5. At first, Beauty was afraid of the beast, but soon they became good friends.
  6. When she told the Beast that she really missed her family, he released her.
  7. Beauty was happy to be with her family but she realized she loved the Beast.
  8. She returned to the mansion to find that the beast had died of a broken heart.
  9. She cried over the beast and her teardrop fell on him.
  10. Suddenly, a bright-light filled the garden and the man changed back into a prince.
