  5. She rented the apartment sight unseen, because she was attending college nearby.
  6. She met a lot of elderly people and then realized she lived in a retirement community.
  7. The reason the apartment was cheap was because it is subsidized by the government.
  8. Even though it is subsidized, only eighty percent of residents have to be elderly.
  9. She thinks it's a fantastic experience living there.
