Counting down the days to summer,

Watching sunshine fill my mind.

Packing towels, shades, and sunscreen,

Leaving busy life behind.

Swimsuit folded in my suitcase,

Flip-flops waiting by the door.

Windows down, we're on our way,

Blue skies leading every mile.

Getting closer to the waves,

Can't help wearing one big smile.

Palm trees dancing in the breeze,

Footprints fading in the sand.

Cool blue water looks inviting,

Reaching out a welcome hand.

Every splash becomes a memory,

As the waves crash over me.

Nothing else can match this feeling—

Come and dance the waves with me.

Hear the seagulls all around,

Ocean sparkles crystal blue.

Time to leave our worries behind—
